ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Brian K. Dennison

Mr. Dennison has more than 29 years of commercial real estate lending, finance, asset management and liquidation experience. He is a former Senior Vice President with Guaranty Bank and Bluebonnet Savings Bank; a Section Chief & Liquidator in Charge for the FDIC, as well as prime contractor with the Resolution Trust Corporation.
Mr. Dennison has mastered a broad range of knowledge in federal contracts implementation, regulations, and procedures. He has an extensive background and experience in affordable housing finance, tax credits, asset management and property management.
Mr. Dennison has also authored Community Reinvestment Act Strategic Plans, Operating Plans and Operating Budgets for regulated institutions. Mr. Dennison is a sought-after speaker on programs, conferences and seminars addressing all aspects and components of affordable housing.
